Hello Sir,
I had taken an education loan form PNB in 2008 for a certification course amount(1.61 lakhs) however i could not get job and now amount increased to 2.8lakhs.
In August my father received a notice and some how he arranged an amount of 35k and paid to bank and now he sold some of his land and arranged some money to sattle the loan however bank is saying we could not settel the loan because you paid some amount on this loan and now it is not NPA. Untill the loan is not NPA we can not go for settlement.
Kindly look into my concern and suggest me. And also suggest now how it can be converted into NPA again so that we can settle the loan.
