Stray animals aren't always a threat to children and society as a whole. Rather, they alarm people against potential threats by barking on seeing something unusual.
Municipality does take preventive measures. On regular basis they take strays for sterilisation, vaccinate them and then drop them off to their respective localities.

the sterilising concept is happening in bigger cities sir.. there is no such thing even in many cities, and what would be the situation of rural areas? no person will make a friendly stray dog for killing. and these possibilities and perceptions doesn't do anything to the people suffered by the dogs.

I like to know how can we make the govt to take action against those dogs.. and I want to learn about those laws made by/for blue cross.
