Sir,
My wife slapped 498a, 406, DV against my family. We got bail from court. She came along with Police for recovery of Marriage articles in which we gave all items which we had related to her.
Now again she is creating drama in front of police to come again at my home for recovery as she is saying that she has left her documents at home.
what should I do to counter this if she somehow get permission to come again at my home for recovery ?

You may ask for details of the documents, in case you find those return them and proceed in matter. In case the list of items which she gave and item which she is demanding those are part of list then you dnt have much choice as IO has power to search for stridhan
