Is there a way to stop proceeding katha or other documents on the property which is not partitioned by applying in bbmp.
1. Issue a legal notice to The tehsildar that property standing in the of deceased.......................to the extent of................situated in survey number........................located was not divided in metes and bounds among individual legal heirs and not to entertain any mutation on the property.
2. Explore the possibility of publishing a notice in newspapers if the Advocate gives such advice.
After one week, file RTI Application and seek information as follows:
Information solicited:
1. Please provide me a copy of the laid down procedure for mutation of the property in other names.
2. Please provide whether any such mutation applications were received, effected or pending for property situated in S.No.............extent ................located at
3. Please provide an action taken on my legal notice dt.........requesting not to make any mutations.
