stay order vacated

respected experts,

there was a stay order not to go abroad till orders vacated.
once stay order vacated he left to abroad.
Again stay orders restored after a month.
At the time of leaving abroad there was no stay order so he left abroad should he come back again.
pls advice

Quick Summary
This discussion explores a situation where a travel ban (stay order) was lifted, allowing someone to go abroad. However, the stay order was reinstated shortly after their departure. The core question is whether the individual needs to return, given they left when no ban was in effect. Legal advice suggests that while leaving when the order was vacated was permissible, the reinstatement of the order could lead to legal consequences if not addressed.

Yes, as a law abiding citizen it becomes his duty to obey the law or else he may have to face legal consequences.

After vacating stay order (you did not mention as to what is the case and why stay order has been passed) the individual moved abroad, no infirmity.

Why again stay order ?

Prima facie a hypothetical  query

However, if there is some truth in the story, which is non-existant in instant case, consult a local prudent lawyer.

What are the facts? Who is "he"?
