In an application filed u/s 482 for quashing of private complaint one of the accused has got ad-interim stay. It is stated in the stay order that proceedings on the file of metropolitan magistrate stands stayed. Will this stay order be applicable for other accused who are not applicants to 482 application.

Need to see the stay order. If HC stayed on entire trial then it should be applicable for all accused.

U have to reveal the contents of the quash petition.In a criminal complaint quash of proceedings cannot be entertained in favour of one person,when a group are involved.
