Now you have "posted a new topic in Forum Stay against builder for not obeying High Court Orders etc" which is prima facie a fabricated time pass query, isn't it ??

Why you think so. Will provide you documented evidences if you wish & take up the matter. 

After all this forum is to seek advice for better evaluation of the query. Please don't discourage if can't suggest any steps.

If the builder is not obeying the high court orders, you can file a contempt petition against the builder for contempt of court, alternately, if you have obtained an order in your favor, you are not restricted from filing an execution petition.

You may discuss with your advocate and choose a proper step.

Adv Kalaiselven T thanks. We have filed 2 Contempt Petitions and all were upheld. Still builder is not bothered and keep threatening and harassing by under development building since 2013. He is very resourceful and managed police and politicians. We are exhausted financially. Our advocate didn't take positively idea of Execution. We are thinking of filing claim with Consumer Commission and have been given to understand that tenants are eligible for filing the claim. If you can suggest a Mumbai based advocate handling Consumer Commission cases?
