My father had filed a case against BDA in Bengaluru as BDA officals claimed our site belongs to them. During course of case BDA Lawyers didn't attend case correctly but in cross examination they claimed site belongs to us only and they never interfered with our rights but didn't do any defence evidence. Now court has disposed the case as Contested dismissed what does this mean? Order copy is not uploaded by court yet. Have we own the case or lost it?

contested as dismissed is that being petitioner you have won the case. however it will be clear from the court orders that what relief you have got from the court.
