States are not taking steps to control Corona

Hi Sir/Madam,

I'm from Hyderabad, recently Corona cases spiked up and High Court issued notice to state to give explanation, but what if states don't reply or don't take proper measures to control. What would be the outcome.

Thank you

Quick Summary
Recent spikes in Corona cases have prompted High Courts to issue notices to state governments, demanding explanations for their control measures. This discussion explores the potential outcomes if states fail to respond or implement effective strategies. The legal system is expected to hold states accountable, with the judiciary poised to take action if governments neglect their duty to protect public health.

Is it related to your query?

State is duty bound to reply otherwise the Judiciary will come down so heavily to the State Government that the State will repent. Let the State reply, let the Judges appraise them and accordingly the law will take its cause of action.
