As per the Karnataka Stamp Act : (6) If relating to Assignment of receivables by the originator to the special purpose vehicle (SPV) or by whatever name they are called, in the process of securitisation. 1[under securitization and reconstruction of financial assets and enforcement of security interest Act, 2002]. |

"One rupee for every one thousand rupees or part thereof subject to a maximum of rupees one lakh." Is above clasue applicable to Assignment of Receivables ? |
