Stamp duty for assignment of trade in chennai and delhi

Can anyone please tell what would be the stampduty for assignment of trademark in Delhi, chennai and hyderabad.

I have already looked up their state's stamp act but couldn't find anything relevant.

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the stamp duty applicable for the assignment of trademarks in Chennai, Delhi, and Hyderabad. It's confirmed that a 5% stamp duty is payable on the instrument, calculated based on the consideration amount, as per the Indian Stamp Act. The process involves filing Form TM-P for registering the title change.

Hello tiya,

An application to register the title of a person who becomes entitled by assignment is made in Form TM-P.

Here it would be relevant to mention that as per the provisions laid down under the Indian Stamp Act, a stamp duty @5% is payable on the instrument based on the consideration amount.

I hope your query is resolved.

You may be given a total unit hover, with the qualities for the points in the other three quadrants, as well. In any case, you just need to know the qualities in the principal quadrant. pythagorean identities When you know them, and in light of the fact that the qualities rehash (other than sign) in different quadrants, you know all you require to think about the unit circle.
