The ADM (City), Ghaziabad in his decision in Stamp Case No. 17/06-07 has enhanced rate of land by Rs.1200/- per sq. meter. Similar increase has not been made on the same basis in other Sale Deeds of the same period. The decision in Stamp Case No. 17/06-07 to increase rate of land has been made on pick and choose basis, arbitrarily and in discriminate manner.
