Its painful seeing at the procedure followed by indian courts. Changes should be made to expedite.

Speedy trial is your right as per Article 14 and 21 of Indian Constitution.

 

Appear in-person in High Court and get a Speedy trial order.

Naveen you are right , your thinking is in the positive direction that without appearing or filing petition for speedy trial in the high court or the same concern court , it itself should be speedy to get relief and justice to needy / victim, to change this system strong willpower is needed in everyone .
