Solvency certificate gujarat

Hi,

My friend from Kerala has been trying to obtain solvency certificate[surety amount: 25000] from Kerala for a case [420, 120b]registered in Gujarat. He was out on bail since 12th July 2022 and took extension since there has been a delay in getting the process done from Kerala. Will gujarat metro court grant him further extension? What other course of action he needs to take before his extension expires on September 9, 2022.
His lawyer tells that further extension is not possible and that he will get back to him after discussing with his senior on the matter.

Quick Summary
This discussion concerns a friend in Kerala needing a solvency certificate from Gujarat for a legal case. The core issue is whether the Gujarat metro court will grant a further bail extension beyond September 9, 2022, as the solvency certificate process is delayed. The friend's lawyer is exploring options, including presenting documentation of the application progress to the court to request an extension. The query also touches upon the court's discretion in granting such pleas and the procedural nature of surety once bail is granted.

Correct Sir.

But this query is more related to getting further extension from lower court. Will court grant further extension if we provide adequate documentation proof of the Solvency Certificate application process did so far?

Since the application to obtain solvency is in progress and we are nearing the current extension date that will expire on 9th September 2022. His lawyer currently advised him and his surety to be present before the magistrate with current status as in documentation proof and also keep the surety amount handy.

So that they can try and get 1 more extension. Does the court at any point rejects this plea?

Once bail has been granted, surety is only a procedural aspect. Evey procedure is meant to purposive.
