What are the terms of the employment?
If the accommodation is part of the employment and his termination was done as per the terms of employment then you may have to evict him following due process of law.
If he's creating ruckus or nuisance then the police help may be sought otherwise you may have to approach court with a suit for eviction to evict him as per law.

Ok noted. But how do we resolve the additional money issue he is demanding even after payment of all his dues including gratuity. Awaiting reply.

1. Give him Final written notice to vacate quarters stating his employment terminated, he must vacate within 7 days, his dues are ready for payment. Send the notice by speed Post, email, WhatsApp. Paste a copy on his door.
2. Prepare his F&F settlement ready to pay only after vacation of quarters. File a police complaint for criminal trespass. After this matter may escalate to DCP/ criminal court. Contact a local prudent lawyer who will take all necessary action.
