Dear Expert,
I had bought a flat 3 years back when society was not formed. Since builder was creating problems in creating society , so the members went against him to form society. For same they took my registration copy. Now after society is formed , these people are asking me to pay transfer fees for the flat. I am suspecting this , please need your help in this case.
