Society related issue

hi, I am a resident of Cooperative society and am staying in the building for the last 30 years. The Flat share certificate is my single name and from the last 30 years I am paying all the maintenance bills and all dues of the society tiil date. Since I am old now, I would like to nominate my son and my wife as legal heirs to the said property, I also wanted my son to be made Associate member so that he can attend society meeting on my behalf. The society is not ready to accept our request for nomination and associate member request. Since I am old and was not able to attend the last meeting held,I also asked them to provide the minutes of the last meeting held and the copy of the conveyance. They are not providing any suitable explaination as to why they are not accepting the request. We approached the secretary in person with the required letter but he refused to accept the request for all the above. We then couriered the letter to the society and its been 2 weeks but they have not bothered to respond to the letter. Please let me know what legal steps I should take to get the issue resolved.

Summit apartment, Royal palms, goregaon east Society -Chairman, Secretary and other few member harrassing me (a flat owner).

Issue is

We have two gate one in front and 2nd back side of the our building.

From 2nd gate many thing we can do easly like can go to play school of my son,visit shops and other things.

but they are giving lamb excuses like managing committe discession and others security issues but fact is fencing wall is shorter than gate any anti social people will never come from gates i guess they will jumb fencing wall.

Yesterday 30/03/2012( other 15/3 ,21/3) whole day gate was opened for some work going on but i not noticed any person doing any work. Gate was opened for whole day without any security. I have clicked pix open gate.

I have given them written letter on 20/02/2012 and reminder on 06/03/2012 also when i went to society office to ask for written reply from them than told we will not issuse any written letter to you do what ever you want and even at one stage chairman got hyper threaten to kill me.I told him this is very funny behaviour.

I am seeking explaination and wriiten reply to my query since i am not satisfied with thier reply i like appel higher authority than i got his above mentioned behaviour.

I want back gate to be open as and when required for us.

I am planning to visit Registerar first......

I have planned to sue them .
