I intend to sale my Flat in Pune. society has been formed recently, when I approched the society for NOC and necessary documents, the society asked me to pay one Lac rupees as transfer charges. As I was in urgent need od NOC and documents I paid Rs 100000/- by cheque and obtained a receipt . as per my knowledge in municiple corporation society can not charge over 25000/- as transfer fee. kindly sugest me wt I should do now. can any one provide me copy of government letter. regarding this.
