Hello, I want to start a social Networking Group with a membership fee..
The purpose of this group is to buy products in a bulk quantity directly from the Manufacturer at discounted Price to avoid middle man like wholesellers & retailers.
This group will base on networking of people & the group owner will pay some Royalty (Money) to those members who will help to increase group's membership by bringing more members.
What legal formalities & documents I need to fulfill to start this Social Grouo? Please advice.
