I also wonder---

Definition of Chairwoman----------a woman who serves as chairman----Ha Ha Ha

https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/chairwoman

Rashtrapati is a post, that does have any gender, while adressing we may write as "Rastrapati Mahodaya".

Is it a joke or else.

THE EXACT WORD IS CHAIRPERSON; NOT CHAIRWOMAN.

Chandrasekhar (C)     11 July 2010

She is Honourable President of India and Her Excellency.

Yes sir, Off course it is Honourary but useless post. Burden on public exchequer. A rubber stamp.

Arup (UNEMPLOYED)     12 July 2010

 A rubber stamp   !   !   !

it is yr personal opinion.

i think it is not a rubber stamp. a president has the power to project itself rather than be a rubber stamp.

jail singh was like a rubber stamp for indira gandhi, but rajib could not consume him - perhaps you could remember.

our present president doing beautiful, so far i have not heard any adverse comments from anybody.

please read - from any corner, instead of fron anybody.
