Generally companies do not provide such details to third persons but they cannot deny on the request of police, security agencies of courts to do so.
You can make an application to your mobile company not to provide your details without seeking your written permission.

thank u sir. but can police check the contents of the sms that has been exchanged between two persons??? do mob companies have that mechanism to maintain the contents of sms of each sim or mobile.??
