Can you expain that- SME vendor i.e nature of work is instalation of generater and there maintenence on mobile towers in all over india, Earlier Principal employer inciudeed all such vender in RC under CLRA,
Now as per PE no need for license to vendors under CLRA with work of P.E.
P.E also working for erection mobile towers and provided to many mobile company for networking.
Pl. my question is in this case vendors eligible for licnes of not, If any notification or case law releated to this subject, Pl share with me.
