Significance of other rights (itar hakka) on 7-12 extract

Dear Experts,

 

I would like to know the signifance or ITTAR Hakka (Other Rights) mentioned in 7/12.

My name has been present in the 7/12 extract in one land which has been sold by the original kabjedar. Can i raise an objection to this sale.

If you are a purchaser you can raise an objections.

Dear sir,

Appreciate your prompt response.

Well, i was the original owner (A) and i sold it to Mr B.

Current status shows Mr B is name in 7/12 and My (A) as other rights.

Now Mr B has sold it to Mr C.

 

I want to know the significance or rights that I (A) have as my name appears in Itar hakka .

It is not clear that at the time of sale deed you name was at kabjedar ie form no7 and itar Hakka in form no7a in sale deed if you have sold all right it is meaningless to be at itar Hakka ie at7a it has no significance.

Tahsildar given oder for road to be kept open for entering my land,which was recorded on other rights collum (itar Hakka)is it a rightly done by talathi & circle or not

Sorry to interfere in the conversation sir, however all rights are sold in sales deed(SD) can you pls mention any specific statement made in the SD is required.? Or anyact or law to back this.. Once again sorry and thankyou in advance for all the efforts the club is taking 🙂
