Share in property

A person died intestate... property was self acquired property of that person

Now that person had 2 sons. Against one he got orders of Mandatory injunction for no share in the property and he after doing the same died.

Now the son filed for his share in the property and in trial court and DJ's court he lost the same.

Is there any way or law point on which we can try getting him his share in the property.

As the person died intestate both of his legal heirs are eqally entitled to inheit the property.

but then why did trial court and DJ refused the title to the son..

the father had a mandatory injuction order previously regarding non-interference of that son in the property matter of his father...
