in karnataka ...A married B she s 1st wife & "C' she is second wife
out of the wed lock B got 1 child
C got 3 childrens
....After the death of A.B & C...their childrens
how to distribute the share in the joint family properties?....

whether 1st wife child got half share and 2nd wife children's got another half share..?

whether all childrens are entitled for equal share..?

1. IF the Family is Hindu and IF "A" has died intestate (without making his WILL), THEN "ALL" the residual Class-I legal heirs (means all 4 children) are entitled to EQUAL share in properties standing in name of "A", without any exceptions, whatsoever.
