myself and wife seprated since 2014, i bought new flat in my and my mothers name in 2017 . wife in her life time never stayed in that flat even for a min. query : will same be called as shared household and can wife claim share in same

Yes , since you have bought the flat in name of you and your mother jointly so she can claim and has right to get sharehold residence.

It is not a shared household for her as she has never stayed there during her marriage life with you.
