Share certificate issue

Hi Team,

My concern is about Share Certificate of Flat. I would like to give you brief about issue : -
My Builder is Mr. B & Mr.B has started a site with builder MR.A so both has started a site in JV. My builder has its own land & started the site on it. So according to there internal agreements Mr. A has given 10 flats to Mr. B & we purchased the Flat from Mr. B.
So now when share certificate distribution started then on share certificate buildre name is coming & our name is reflected at back side of share certificate. Even other flat mambers names are reflecting on front because they have purchased the flats from Mr. A.

So my concern is can we consider our name as well on front of Share Certificate. Because it was agreement between A & B & we should not care about this.

So please guide me.

Varun

Quick Summary
A homeowner is seeking clarification regarding their share certificate for a flat purchased from a builder involved in a joint venture (JV). The builder, Mr. B, acquired flats from a partner, Mr. A, as part of their internal agreement. The homeowner purchased a flat from Mr. B, but their name appears on the back of the share certificate, while those who bought directly from Mr. A have their names on the front. The homeowner wants to know if they can expect their name to be listed on the front of the certificate.

Does your builder have his own land? Then why did he take the flats from A? Your query is not clear to me.

Basically it was JV project in which my builder had a land and might be as per there internal agreement A had given 10 flats to my builder and then i purchased from B. So my query is should i expect my name on share certificate on front.
