Share after doing compromise in court

Dear Lawyers,

my grandfather had a property.(ancestral)

A person who is a maid in our house...got a signed(grandfather signature)  blank paper ..and fraudly made a giftdeed '' ICHAAPATRA'' in his name..and started claiming for that property...

so  my father filled a case in court regarding this fraud activies that time.

during the case he tries many times to capture the land..FIR were made..and all

as my grandfather has two son .my uncle(elder son) made a compromise with him(opposite party)(my uncle iaddicted to liquor and he always opposes my father i.e his younger brother..so he did)

BUT the case keep going on..Unfortunately my father died after some time...and my mother is not so strong to fight the case...they were gangsters..we were scared of them that time..So we made a compromise with them including my grandmom sign on that ''sulehnaama''

and the court orders in their favor.

so sir plz advice me..that what should i do to claim my rights??
