Due to emergency both my wife and myself have to travel outside India. We have an important SGM on 30th November 25 when my wife and myself not available. What is the solution to make our votes are counted in the SGM.
We have two flats in the society one in my wife's name and the other in my name.

If you both are not available and if you have no authorised representative, then you may not be able to cast your votes

Your presence is not necessary, and any resolution will be passed by the majority of members present.
