Yes.       If you can prove, divorce is possible.

If IT can be proved then divorce may be possible without alimony etc..

There is nothing like disowning the spouse..

IT shall be appropriate to proceed under expert guidance of a very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in Family matters  and well versed with latest citations, LOCAL applicable rules/laws/ … and having successful track record…. and worth his/her salt…..and show the record and inputs that you have..

Check for such counsels at LOCAL Family/civil courts, HC……

in proper terms you can not disown her but you can divorce her as she has committed adultery. you can also file a case against the person with whom she had relations

A sporadic extramarital connectuion of a wife doesn't, I think, deprive her of maintenance or alimony.      She can't, however, avoid divorce.

For the husband to avoid maintenance, he must prove that she lives in adultery.

you have to file a complaint under IPC 497 and prove the same . if proved divorce will be granoted by the courts .

The husband of the adulteress can prosecute the adulterer but, on the contrary, the wife of the adulterer can't prosecute the adulteress who's an abettor.

I, a voice in the wilderness, feei such a law which appears to be favourable to men and which, in reality, is against men is poisonous and prosecuting the adulterer is inhuman. After all, he satisfied the adulteress.      Not raped.       If he doesn't satisfy her, the entire universe, not just this world, will punish him, a punishment severer than court's.
