Seperation notice to usa from india lawyers

Hello,

NRI here, settled in the US for over 20 yrs

Wife and kids stopped talking to me for more than a year ago, no fault of mine.

I am prime earner, taken care of them all these yrs, wife started working recently, not earning enoughbut she is asking me to vacate home and pay for home rent and utilities.

I am viisiting India currently, seeking experienced lawyers to send separation notice.

Not sure if she could afford to prceed leagal divroce in USA since its very costly affair but I would like to serve leagal seperation as I have tried all the option fo resovle if any issue or mutal seperation.

Presumably you and your family are US citizens and this is just a small visit to India, it would be appropriate to hire professional services of a prudent US lawyer.
