Sending property documents through whatsapp.

I have sent all of my property documents by scanning the originals through whatsapp to a lawyer. Is there any reason to worry about them being misused?

well he says that he can transfer property from my dad's name to my name without death' certificate of my missing grandfather as it's been more than 7 years
