no cogent view can be formed without knowing the details of the case.

it always depend for what purpose such documents are forwarded, with perusal of above facts it seems like someone has created dispute and now the school authority is reviewing the student complaint.
kindly please provide more facts.

The documents referred to in the query are school's property and she had no business forwarding these to someone without specific instructions of the school authorities. This is a criminal offence and the school authorities can take legal action against her in the matter.

It depends upon the intentions.

But still it's an Criminal Offence so if required an Criminal Complaint can be registered or an Internal Inquiry can take place.

Even Disciplinary actions can be initiated

Unauthorised persons cannot have access to school records, it is a crime under the provisions of Indian Penal Code, 1860 as well as Official Secret Act, 1923

Dear Mrs. Anita,

Doing such act like disclosing or sharing confidentials with any other outsider and also without any prior approval from authorised officials, will land her on trouble where she may be punished upto 2 years of imprisonment or also get fine like one lakhs as well under Section 72 (Penalty for breach of confidentality and privacy.)
