Hi Sir/Madam,
I am retired govt employee and i need you inputs on my concern. I got married 30yrs back and before itself i got a job and started earning by that time only. After few days through my self earned money (i.e on salary i get through the company). i have taken a plot in hyd, and the plot which i took is from the company housing society only and the society registred on my name in early 1985 and also i purchased one more plot through self earned money (i.e on salary i get through the company). All the two propert's are through self earned only.
Now my conern is My Father has expired in 1996 and there after my mother used to take care of all things like assests, gold, money etc. A year back she also got expired and we 3 sons ie. my brothers wanted to divide the assests and gold, when the started distributing the assests and gold they are including my self earned property as well, they aruge and fight with me that the property that you earned are not self earned, you have taken the money from the parents to buy these plots, but this is not true actually those are self earned property through my salary as said above, now i am 65yrs old, the time when i was purchasing was so hard to me i saved each rupee and brought those plots thinking that will help my children in future. Since i am the elder so many time i helped my parents and my brothers for their education and necessities with my earnings only. But currently i am tensed with the things happening with me. Right now they distributed the assests themself which are earned by father and mother with out my presence and without knowing it to me and to be safer side from out side people (villagers) they have kept a little money/assests/gold and blames us that they are not taking it.
The distrbution of assests with out knowing me hurted me a lot so i taked with them couple of times on this and everytime they take about the my property as Hindu Undivided Family and trying to include in the partition with the ancestral property. I intiated leagl notice through a lawyer saying that please give me my partition equally but now they are planning to approach the court or legal channel claiming that the property which i brought are also under the ancestral property.
I am very much thank ful for reading my issue patiently, I request to give me your advice on my concern and approach on dealing this issue and preacutions if any and what are the chance for them to claim.
