SEIZURE LIST AND NOV

If IO is deliberately neglecting to give sezziure list and io report call for (NOC), then what is to be done?
The sections are 279, 304( A),427 IPC.
I have already submitted surrender receipt, MVI is done...

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses a situation where an Investigating Officer (IO) is allegedly neglecting to provide a seizure list and the IO report for a No Objection Certificate (NOC). The user has already submitted a surrender receipt and completed the Motor Vehicle Inspection (MVI) for cases involving sections 279, 304A, and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. The core question is what steps can be taken when crucial documents are being withheld.

The query is short of material facts.
