Section 509 ipc and 67 it act

Hello everyone

One of my friend recently received court summons under section 509 and 67 IT act mentioned to attend before the court

Actually the issue is he had a comemnt war in facebook in that word fight he scolded a person along with him another 4 persons scolded that person but my friend only caught by cyber police and filed an fir and given the station bail what is the next step is this punishabale please reply my friend getting so much worried about this and getting guilty about the incident which was happened

Let your friend may engage a local prudent lawyer to defend his case.

Your Friend need to get service of an Advocate and he will do the rest

Having recived the summons, he needs to attend the Court. Ideally, he should engage an advocate who would assist him in dealing with the offences alleged based on the allegations in the charge report.
