No time limit mentioned its related with " to prevent absue of the process of any court " Fee depends on advocate.

sir actually i have hired a lawyer... but according to me... he is overcharging... thats why i want to know what is the normal fees charged by the lawyers for filing case U/s 482.
Plz give me an idea about reasonable fees.
