Section 427, 337 and 279

I am an air force officer.My new (2 months old)car was hit and run by a lorry and the safety features didn't operate optimally. I have filed FIR against the driver under section 279,337 and 427. I want to file a case against the company should I claim for insurance and then file a case or go ahead asap. Please also let me know as to how can I go ahead and recover my car.

Hi Mam, if there is major damage in your car, you can file claim before the tribunal. Well advised above, send notice to lorry Owner. Highlight below in the notice, if : A. If lorry was special vehicl, see if driven by specialist driver. B. If driver hold specialist license. C. If vehicle was modified by putting excessive forward bull guard. D. If lorry belong to any company, address notice to MD.
