Hi All,
1. 30 years back person-A sold some land (which he got from his parents) to person-B and at this point of time his sons are minors
2. 7 years ago person-A sons sold same land to person-C
3. 6 years ago person-C sold same land to us
4. It is clearly double registration
5. My advocate suggesting to file criminal case u/s 420 IPC on my seller (that is person-C)
6. Through some mediators we intimated the same to person-C, for that person-C replied saying that if they file Criminal case on me, I will file criminal case on person-A sons. Lets all go to court and court decides the matter.
7. If I file criminal case on person-C, how it affects person-C or person-A sons. Does person-C can escape easily?
