in this section it says that the punishment for section 305 is [1] imprisonment for life, but adding more it says imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years, how to could it be possible that if the punishment is life inprisonment then why the punishment not exceeding 10 years is written and how is it possible to give punishment for life inprisonment if it cannot be exceeded 10 years as this section clearly states?
