Please let me know a particular case reference / case reference number under section 138 NI where THE MODE OF ISSUING SUMMONS to the defendant applied by the court in the past has been the FAX NUMBER and/or email ID of the defendant .
In our case the defendant :
1. is not residing locally
2. may not be available at his work address . His company has an office in another city.
Your legal advice , by providing us with a case reference may help us in requesting the court to also send the summon by electronic means in addition to the normal procedures that the courts usually apply.
