Dear Experts,

During the second motion of MCD, can judge add a point while granting divorce like she has taken permanent alimony  of XXX amount as per MOU, and not eligible for future claim.

Hi sunil, don't repeat your queries. Your wife can still claim alimony for the rest of her life. But she would probably not get it, based on your mcd petition.. But again circumstances can change so can laws and it all depends on the merits of the case..

MR. MIRAGE, PLS LET ME KNOW THAT EVEN AFTER GRANT DIVORECE IN YEAR 2006, EVEN NOW HUSBAND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING PROPERTY OR ALIMONY.

PLS ADV.

THANKS

What is MCD draft in this case? What terms they have put to decide alimony?

Depends on the MCD terms, and merits of any claim..
