Sec 376 charges has been framed on me(promised to marry). It was a complainant case, which is now a state case. it is already 5th times, complainant is not appearing despite summons. Is it possible, the case be dismissed. if yes then are there any case law / section in crpc. Please help.
if complainant is continiously not attending the court proceeding then move an application in the court and request the court to dismiss her case which is instituted on false story /facts .
