Hi,
With the abrogation of Article 370, a number of central laws were effective in Jammu and Kashmir.
Central laws now made applicable to the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir, and Union Territory of Ladakh also include the Indian Penal Code 1860(which includes section 18 of IPC as well)
