Hi,
One of my relatives brought a land from the developers. The developer sold the sitges after converting for residential purpose with Village Panchat approval. This land belongs to Scheduel castss, which are sold to developers some time back. Owners of this site paying tax (more than 3 years) after purchasing the land. They came to know recently that the original land owners (SCs) they approached the court to get back their land after selling!
My question is that, are they deserve to get back their land after selling as per the law?
If so the latest owners of the site can approach court to get their money from developers?
And Does the approaval authority comes under scrutinity/punishment for giving the approval for SCs land?
What is the best way to approach about compensation from the builder (civil court?consumer court? any other mechanism?)
The latest owners purcahsed the land by showing less registration value (1/4 th of original value). so will they eligible for the compensation only for this ammount or for actual amount paid to the seller?
Thanks & Regards,
Ravi
