Sample lease agreement fot flat/house for sharing basis

Hi,

Is it possible to rent a apartment on shared basis?. we are 6 girls who want to move to new apartment. Though we are ready to enter into agreement, we may not stay complete year and if anyone moved , new girl will take her place.

When I was in US, there is provision to add/remove the tenant in a lease. Do we have that feature in the indian lease agreement. If it is, can you please provide some sample lease agreement format.

No such provision existed in India to replace tenant at their sweat will without proper agreement.

Consult and engage a local lawyer to draft and registeration of a rent agreement .

Legally you may have to make provisions for such facilities in the agreement itself, if both the landlord and tenants agree for such T and C, it is a very much valid agreement.
