Dear Sirs,
We got details of one land which is initially belongs to trust and finally tranfered to one individual person by bhoomi dhana settlement.
Now the party wants to sell the property. The purhcaser intented to buy the same, may use it for resendtial purpose or flat promotion or plot sale purpose.
Shall Purchaser have this right, irrespective of for what purpose the land given to trust and after that it has been tranfered to indivdual who is now selling the same land
