sale deed cancel

Respected
Sir /Madam
I have excuted a sale to purchaser but he failed to make payment after registration (cheque bounce). I would like to know how to cancel the sale deed.

thanks

Quick Summary
If a buyer fails to make payment for a property after the sale deed has been registered, and the cheque has bounced, it's possible to cancel the sale deed. The recommended legal course of action involves filing a suit for cancellation of the sale deed and simultaneously lodging a complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act (NIA). It is advisable to consult a legal professional promptly to issue a legal notice and initiate these proceedings.

You need to file suit for cancellation of sale deed, and also file for 138 NIA complaint.
