Dear Sir,
I planned to purchase agriculture land and property owner is Hindu and is died and his wife and he has 4 childrens 2 sons and 2 daughters and all are married has all children's minors.
my doubt is in sale deed who all be parties for registration signature.
As of now sale deed we have made 3 parties. Wife of property onwer who is died, two sons and made witness for two daughters.
now do we need mention two sons wife also or not required.
please advise and help me on this.
All the legal heirs i.e. his wife, two sons and two daughters shall execute the Sale Deed.
