Sale deed

10 years before my father bought a land. we have sale deed for that land, But in that sale deed one mistake happened recently we come to know that. land number is mismatched in the sale deed they mentioned 35c instead of 35b(we using this land). other than this everything is correct in the sale deed(Four side they mentioned other party land that also correct, that point out my land only).

How do i solve this problem?

if i ask that party(who sale land to us) to do rewrite(re register) sale deed, may be he wont come because now land value is very high.

Note : my land is near to thanjavur.

You have to get a rectification deed duly executed by the vendor once again, this is the only solution if the vendor or his legal heirs are alive.

Thank you very much, kalaiselvan.

If vendor not agree with rectification deed. Now they dont know about this. if he come to know, may be he will plan to sale same land to some body, if may occur that situation, how do i handle?.

if he go like that can i get same land thorough court?

Note : past 10 years to till now we use that land. in the document the boundries are very clearly mentioned and we have the patta with correct survey number.

thorough court can i rectify the sale deed?
